Absolutely not. We travel all over the country, you send us your post code and we shall send you a quote! 

Numbers are no issue for us. We have covered events from as few as ten guests and larger events of over five thousand!

Yes our included option is a home made quiche. If you would like to change the vegetarian option we offer lasagne, chilli & and a ratatouille for a £5 per head supplement. For the vegan we offer a vegan chilli again for a £5 per vegan supplement.

Yes, some of our individual deserts can be seen on our wedding menu. We can also offer large sharing deserts. Our individual deserts are £5 / head whilst our large sharing deserts are £3 / head.

We have been covering over 150 events / year for the last 14 years. We have exceptional experience in hog roast and BBQ catering. We know exactly what is required both in food and presentation. 

Yes of course. Just let us know and we will provide gluten free rolls free. The hog is gluten free also.

Absolutely. We can supply the oven with a free range hog or you are welcome to just hire the oven and use your own. We will deliver the roaster in good time with gas and full instructions. We can also supply a gazebo for a small surcharge.

We do indeed! We take great pride in being members of the Natational Caterers Association (NCASS) and will provide all legal documentation required to operate upon request. 

Yes, if you let us know your venue we will deal direct with them and send all our relevant documents over. These will include:

Liability insurance documentation, risk assessments, staff training records and the highest rating available in food hygiene, our 5 star certificate.

 

We use as standard a 4.5×3 metre gazebo, however in tighter situations we can use our 3×3 gazebo. Alternately we can go into your shelter and serve from there should it be required.

Yes absolutely. We have cooked directly under fire alarms in some hotels. We have had nervous hotel managers but we know there is no chance of a problem occurring.

We allow 2 hours. However once we have covered all the numbers required & people have had there seconds and thirds with the demand coming to a stand still we will start slowly clearing away. We tend to find on average most events take around one hour to serve. 

We aim to arrive around 2 hours before your serve time. We will confirm on booking with an accuarate time.

Just let us know you are happy with the quote and our office staff will send over the deposit invoice & agreed menu. The deposit is payable by bank transfer only.

We just ask for a small £25 deposit for the majority of events.
