Surrounded by beautiful rural scenery and joined by family and friends, the happy couple enjoyed a relaxed and memorable day complemented by freshly prepared food from Country Hog Roast.
A Warm Welcome with Antipasti
As guests arrived, they were greeted with a generous antipasti selection featuring continental meats, cheeses, olives, artisan breads, and a variety of accompaniments. The sharing-style starter created a sociable atmosphere and gave everyone the chance to relax and enjoy the celebrations before the main meal.
Traditional Hog Roast Wedding Feast
The centrepiece of the wedding catering was our signature slow-roasted hog roast. Cooked over several hours, the pork was tender, flavoursome, and served with crispy crackling, sage and onion stuffing, and apple sauce.
To accompany the hog roast, guests enjoyed a range of freshly prepared salads, including seasonal leaves, homemade coleslaw, potato salad, and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. The combination of hot roasted meat and fresh side dishes proved popular with guests of all ages.

After the main meal, guests were treated to a selection of homemade desserts. Offering a variety of sweet options ensured there was something for everyone and provided the perfect ending to a fantastic wedding feast.
